The essential oils that give Javantri its unique, rich perfume and robust, warming flavor are present in it. The nutmeg is covered in a reddish-purple substance called Javitri. Its slightly sweet flavor is frequently employed in infusions, such as milk tasting for a white sauce or meat marinating. Pickles and chutneys are frequently seasoned with Javantri as well. Before serving, it is also decorated with biryani or rice preparation.
